She is hands down the best doctor in town. She cares, listens, always takes time in her appointments. I recommend her to any female in San angelo

My daughter just had a baby boy last week. Since her whole experience within Dr. Mejia being her doctor, has had a bad experience throughout her whole pregnancy. The dr and nurses were rude to her. I have it recorded. They did not give my daughter good patient care whatsoever. Very upset with Dr. Mijia and her staff. And no I would not recommend using her as a doctor, period.

Although I read many reviews, I’m usually not one to write a review however, it is a MUST for me to share my amazing experience I encountered with Dr. Mejia. I would recommend any and everyone to her if I could. She is very personable and takes the time to listen to all your questions and concerns. I always looked forward to each and every appointment. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does. My labor and delivery was quick and easy. She did a wonderful job!!!

My husband and I have had plenty of issues with pregnancies. When we realized we were pregnant with another, she got me in the very next day of calling. Throughout this pregnancy, she never forced anything on me, and always told me details about any medications I needed to take and why. She made sure I was 100% in the know of what and why they were doing things (from tests to medicines). She was 100% honest about EVERYTHING and it really eased my pregnancy fears. I CANNOT give this woman enough praise! Her staff at SACMC was amazing as well! I did have a bad encounter with only one member of the staff at one point early on, and debated going back because of that experience. However, I'm glad I did go back because that member was no longer there and was replaced by another amazing person. Like I said, I can't say enough good things about this crew!

I am over 50 and have had numerous ob/gyn doctors in my life . I recently movef to San Angelo and Dr. Mejia for the first time. I was very impressed by her staff. They were very friendly and eager to assist me in any way. While I was waiting ( the doctor got called to deliver a baby) her staff kept me updated, offered me the option to reschedule while apologizing for the delay. I thought about rescheduling or not returning at all. I am glad that I stayed. She is so sweet and caring. She took her time with me. Made sure I fully understood what she told me. She even called me personally a few days later to make sure I was doing ok on the medication she gave me! What doctor does that anymore? I just love her and her staff!
