Most uncaring & negligent dr I ever met !

Recently my father was hospitalized and Dr. Chacko was the hospitalist on his case. The family was never kept informed by Dr. Chacko as to what was actually going on with my father for the 5 days that he was hospitalized. He was extremely slow putting in orders for medications for severe pain and even slower coming up with a diagnosis. He only entered a diagnosis of "Alzheimers" because he was being pressured to come up with something so that my father could be moved to another facility. My father DID NOT have alzheimer's but it was probably a blessing that he finally gave that diagnosis so that my father could be moved away from his care (or lack of care I should say)!

I am very pleased with the service and care that I have received from Dr. Chacko and his staff. I have never felt uncomfortable, I feel right at home. Thanks
