Dr. Geoffrey Joseph Bisignani, MD

He treated me for kidney stones first at Excela Westmoreland Hospital in Greensburg and subsequently through office visits and outpatient procedures. It was apparent that his communication with his staff was poor, which sometimes resulted in negative consequences (e.g., having to hear him yell at his staff, having to reschedule procedures). He lacked compassion and did not do a good job listening to me or my concerns. I felt like I was just part of his urologic assembly line. As far as any procedures he performed, he completed the job with no malpractice. If you don’t mind the type of doctor who is there to get the job done and isn’t really interested in you as a person, then he’ll probably do a good job. Luckily, in my 40+ years and through my many health issues, I have been fortunate enough to have had extraordinary doctors. If “fine” is ok with you, then he’s fine; but if you want someone a little more special than that, he’s not it, at least not professionally.

I visited Doctor Bisignani for a medical problem and after an examination he assured me that it was nothing to worry about but just to be sure he sent me for an ultrasound. He was correct and that put me at ease. I think he is one of the best Doctors I ever dealt with. He was friendly, professional and definitely knew what the problem was. I would recommend him for any problem you may have.
