Dr. Geoffrey Keith Boercker

I will never forget this incredible doctor! I can still envision him extending his hand toward my father’s, then holding it with both his hands, explaining the procedure he would perform. Never had I experienced observing such compassion from ANY physician, not to mention an anesthesiologist with specialized skills far beyond those of others! Dr. Boercker didn’t just come and go as doctors usually do. He did not leave until my father’s blood pressure had returned to a safe level, all his questions had been answered, and a smile actually appeared on his face. As my mom and I listened and watched this incredible interaction, we fell in love with Dr. Boercker! His compassion and empathy lifted our hearts, giving us the confidence we desperately needed during this time. My father’s surgery was successful! Dr. Boercker visited him every day until his discharge. I can’t think of enough great things to say about Dr. Boercker. Sometime later, I was able to thank… him personally. He remembered me, asked about my father, and expressed his continued caring . What more can I say about Dr. Geoffrey Boercker? He gave me another 14 years with my dad. I will always have a special place in my heart for him.
