He really cares. He is determined to help his patients feel better. In addition the entire practice is excellent.

Dr. Chupp is an excellent doctor! I met him for the first time this afternoon and he is courteous, compassionate, kind, caring, knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. I'm so grateful to have him as my Pulmonologist.

I sought continuity of care after relocation. He scoffed at my diagnosis and dismantled my treatment plan (on which he was an out of state consultant), and I was left with unmanaged symptoms and distress. He spent my last consultation time trying to impress a resident, ignored my input, offered me an inhaler that I said causes me problems, then insisted I try it in office. When I coughed and gagged from inhaling it, he ignored my immediate reaction and dictated his notes. My husband was present on the phone. A shameful waste of my resources and hope.

Dr. Chupp is amazing. He was able to diagnose and treat my respiratory problems, when many doctors were not. He is kind and takes the time to really listen. His office staff, however, are often unpleasant and rude - the complete opposite of Dr. Chupp!
