Dr Collins and his staff exceeds my expectations from the time I walk in the building. Courteous staff, my wait for appointment is less than 29 minutes. Dr. Collins and PA always ask many questions to come up with the best diagnosis.

He never directly answered any of my wuestions! All he kept saying was that my condition is really bad, and kept looking at me like this was my fault just because he couldnt figure out what cause the necrosis in my hips! Left the office crying histarically with no answers!

My son was very rough as he was growing up and tended to break things quite often. Dr Collins always saw him and he was wonderful with Drake who was 4 the very 1st visit! I would recommend him to anyone.

Outstanding care. Top notch staff. Organized service like I have never seen in my life. Highly recommend!

Dr. Collins is soft spoken and a man of few words, but he is very patient and kind While explaining your injury and his plan for repair in initial consultations, pre-op conversations and post op visits. He assesses your case and communicates the plan for repair with clarity and confidence. He takes time to listen to your concerns and answer all questions. He repaired my left shoulder in 2004 after a freak accident... Other surgeons would not touch it.... It has done great! He also did surgery on my right elbow after a fall in 2013, with excellent results. His staff is excellent and very friendly and helpful.

I liked Dr. Collins, BUT his office staff is terrible. The receptionist at the Sulphur, Louisiana branch office is difficult to deal with. The wait times are long every visit, the appointments are never on time. I will never schedule another appointment with Dr. Collins because I refuse to deal with his office staff. I suggest finding another orthopedic clinic.

Waited for them to fill out disability paperwork for 3 months. Finally had to speak to the office manager to get anything done about it. The deadline for paperwork was Dec 10th and finally got something done in the middle of Jan. They don't return calls and it is almost impossible to speak to a person when calling, all you get is automated system and voicemail.

Do not go, trust me.
