Dr. Geoffrey Scott Lipscomb, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Lipscomb's for many years. He and his staff have really treated me well. He's an excellent physician and great person. He treats all general illnesses yet also is not slow to refer when specialists are needed. I also highly respect him for all of the mission trips he makes treating the less fortunate in other countries. From front desk to lab and treatment rooms he & his staff do not disappoint!

From the time you make an appointment until you see the doctor, you are treated with kindness and compassion whatever your ailment is. I have been seeing Dr. Lipscomb for years and he's the only doctor that can keep my migraines under control.

Let me start out by saying I love dr. Lipscomb! Great phisition. He's been my primary care dr. 12 yrs I'm 27 so all of my adult life.. His nurse Margaret is the most improfetional person I've ever had to deal with.. She has not done her job and had out and right lied on MULTIPUL occasions!! If u call up there and they don't like what u have to say do not be surprised if you get HUNG UP ON. Yes this is how this dr. Office is ran.. It's a shame too because you are supposed to feel like ur doctor cares... Oh not at this office

Dr. Lipscomb has been great to me and my spouse. He will listen to you and do everything he can to help with your situation. His nurse is excellent and gives great shots. Front staff treats us very well. would highly recommend this practice to all new patients. Thanks DOC..

Dr. Lipscomb is very unprofessional as well as his staff. Prescribes all sorts of controlled meds. Refuses to discuss any issues once you are addicted.

front office staff very rude loud tend to discuss patients out loud, older lady very rude we seem to be a bother in her gossiping.doctor to quick to dispense pills before full work up to see if you really need medication

Front desk clerk is rude and often acts as if you are bothering her. I called to get a referral and she had the audasity to ask if I had spoken to the the doctor about the referral before. I told the clerk that yes I had. She said " Well what did they tell you before?". Which was none of her buisness. It is not in her job description to make those decisions regarding any patient care. I went ahead and told her that yes we had discussed it. She then stated " well she'll probably just tell you the same thing, and then whatcha gonna do?". I asked to leave a voice mail and she said the person was busy with patients. I said "OK" and then I asked again to leave a voice mail, she ignored my request again and said she would have to write a hand written message. It would have been ok , but the way she was speaking was rude and bossy. This is not the first time I have been treated this way by her.
