Dr. Geoffrey Stuart Mann, MD

Came to butler hospital with a horrible disease. I'm stage 3 and have one of the most painful diseases. I try and handle my disease on my own and this man is exactly why. First and foremost, when the nurse finally came to see what was going on I was in tears in pain (I never ever go to the emergency room, this was my first time in almost 6 years) and she was outrageously rude. I was very pleasant to her while in tears showing her my horrible disease. We couldn't believe how rude, mean and ignorant she was. I asked for another nurse. But after seeing Geoff (I won't call him a doctor and you shouldn't either) I understand where the attitude comes from. He came in and first thing out of his mouth, no joke, "what do you want me to do about it". My disease is so horrible, I want you all to look it up so you can see how ignorant this staff was and how they could treat someone so ill. I'm stage 3 hidradenitis suppurativa, look this disease up, he seen this and this is how he acted, it's bee… in the record that this is the 3rd most painful disease. I understand my disease is difficult, but wow did he make me feel like a fool for coming in. He did absolutely nothing. NADDA. Him and his staff have absolutely ZERO empathy for you. Honestly, I feel bad for whoever gets this man. Keep in mind, this all happened in an emergency room. I've never ONCE went to the emergency room for this disease. I was in such bad shape that I felt I had no choice bc I felt like I was dying. This man allowed me to leave a hospital in such poor condition I can't believe he even had a job. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. While I do respect him for saying he didn't know how to handle this, he could've been much more professional. He could've admitted me and seeked help from (he doesn't set the bar high unfortunately) better doctors. But he didn't. He left me leave an emergency facility with stage 3 HS. Look up photos and explain to me how this man has a job.
