Geoff is the founder of Utterback Dental Group, Inc. Although Dr. Utterback has continued to practice general dentistry throughout his nearly 40 year career, his areas of special interest are dental implants and third molar surgery.
An Alliance, Ohio native, Dr. Utterback earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Union College in 1969 followed by his D.D.S. from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in 1973. After graduating from dental school, Geoff served as a Dentist in the Navy and was stationed at Camp Lejune Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, North Carolina for two years. He returned to Alliance where he was a partner in private practice prior to establishing Utterback Dental Group, Inc. in 1983. A second office was opened in Canton in 1995 to better serve the practice’s growing patient population. Since its establishment, Utterback Dental Group, Inc. has grown to five Board Certified Dentists with more than one hundred …years of combined professional experience.
Dr. Utterback is a member of the Ohio Dental Association, American Dental Association, Stark County Dental Society, The Pierre Fauchard Academy, and is also an Adjunct Faculty member at Stark State University. He currently resides in North Canton, Ohio and has two grown children and six grandchildren.
