Dr. Geoffrey Joseph Zann, MD

DO NOT consider this practice if you're in search of a gynecologist. I brought my Aunt there today. She is elderly and living with debilitating Myelofibrosis. She also has pulmonary hypertension along with a variety of other conditions that affect her mobility. It took a us a little bit longer than expected to park and get up to the office. Never did I expect the reception we received. While I was signing us in, a woman leaned back from her computer and scolded us for being late. I explained that it takes a village to have gotten my Aunt president and seated in her condition and apologized. My apology fell on deaf ears. This woman said we were now 13 minutes late. We had walked into the building at 2:36 for a 2:30 appointment. By the time we got her seated it was 2:41pm. By the time I signed in it was 2:42. It had just turned 2:43 when the receptionist turned her head and told me that we would have to return on another day. I explained that it would be cruel to reschedule… and force my Aunt through the incredible amount of effort it takes to get here there. She had zero, absolutely zero compassion. She said, "...as a new patient if you think you can show up 13 minutes late with paperwork to be filled out..." To which I responded, "Have you seen the patient you're referring to? Why don't you stand up and take look! She's not mobile. She's on 24/7 oxygen. It was an extreme effort getting her here. You can't expect her to go through that again to come back. We won't come back." My Aunt asked what was going on and I explained that this woman was being nasty and asked us to leave. On my way out I raised my voice and told the woman that I hope she finds out one day what it is to suffer as my Aunt does and suffers the same reprehensible treatment. Compassion comes with wisdom and understanding. Two things this woman lacks. In all my life, with hundreds upon hundreds of visits to physicians that I have participated in for myself and my family, I have never been treated with such in incomparable disrespect, insensitivity, and lack of empathy. It's easier to handle when someone is unnecessarily cruel to me, but when they do so to someone I love; Someone who is suffering. That's simply unacceptable. I contacted my Aunt's VIP concierge referring primary physician to explain what occurred and that we'd be needing a referral to a new gynecologist. I hope Dr Zann is fully aware of how his staff is treating his patients. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Avoid this practice at all costs.

Dr.Geoffrey Zann is by far one of the best physicans I have encountered in my 79 years.He is a kind, knowledgable ,compassionate and caring Dr.He went far beyond to help me.He set up a mammogram and bone density that I was remiss in getting for many years. He follows up and has concern for my well-being.He records all the data and refers back.He saw me twice on the same day I called, he worked me into his very busy day. His staff is excellent, very knowledgeable and works with a smile.Finding Dr. Zann was the best !I strongly recommend him for Distinguished Award for Excellence.I love you Dr. Zann

The most kind, compassionate Dr. I have ever been to!!!

I've k own Dr. Zann for many years. Office staff is wonderful. Making an appt is easy. They also have the patient portal for questions and you can view your results of pap smears and any other test performed. He's very gentle, soft spoken and never in a hurry.

The office is very efficient. Sometimes the have to wait for me. Excellent individualized care by Dr. Zann. Once you get on the portal, it's very easy to get results and prescription refills.

I have been going to Dr. Geoffrey Zann for about 15 years or more. He is the most fantastic, thorough physician I have ever had . It has been a pleasure having him as my GYN over the years. His staff is incredibly friendly and efficient---- The office's waiting rooms is very pretty ! The examining rooms are very tidy and clean! I wouldn't go any where else for my twice a year checkups.

I have been going to Dr Zann for more than 7 years now. He's thorough, caring and puts you totally at ease. Dr Zann has seen me through a lumpectomy and hysterectomy. I am alive and well, thanks to his early diagnostic tools.

Using the portalmy wait time was 10 min for my first visit And only 5 min for my second. I'm never waiting IN THE ROOM for more than 3 min.

In and out quickly. Patient portal very easy to use and time saving. Listens to my symptoms and orders all the necessary tests. Had to wait for an appointment opening. Highly recommend.

From the time I came through the front door, through the triage of the medical assistant, through the exam, I was comfortable. He's very gentle. Very informative. I highly recommend this doctor.
