Dr. Geoffrey Zubay, MD

Doc arrived 50 minutes late for an early AM appointment that took months to get. Just barged in the room, no introduction, nothing. "Why are you here?" Really, that's how you greet a new patient? As if he never looked at my multiple MRIs or CT scans that were ordered by his office. Or had talked with his PA whom I had met with 6 weeks prior. Then proceeded to monopolize the one sided "conversation" and every time I tried to ask a question, would say "I can see you aren't happy with what I'm saying". Had nothing to do with that, I just had questions I needed answering. Talk about being arrogant to the extreme. Worst God complex I've ever come across in my 67 years and 20+ major surgeries. His bottom line, go see a pain management person. Thanks, but no thanks. I want to address the issues, not band-aid the pain. If you're not skilled enough as a surgeon for a complex case like mine, just say so.

I was “broken”, fused and broken again. Dr Z and his wonderful staff were able to fix my neck, my tailbone (70 degrees out of place) and correct my protruding screws from prior surgeries. I can now walk without pain. Thank you to all of his staff.

I just had a visit with this man that I would not call a doctor!!! He has no bedside manner and cuts you off when you question what he says!! He told me the 3 MRI's I had done were all read wrong and that my spine is better then his!!! Really what a joke He said that my problem is fibormyalgia which is causing severe pain in my growing with severe numbness which goes to the back of my legs This causes me to have problems walking, siting and squating But All the MRI' s are wrong by what he says and he has to call and correct the the reports at least 3 times a day!! He has a god complex that everyone else and MRI reports are wrong and he is right DONT GO TO DR. ZUBY IF YOU WANT ANSWERS

I had extreme pain from my right butt to my right heel. My entire life was how to get pass the pain Dr Zubay recommended a Laminectomy. He explain very clearly the process, risks, and after affects. At that moment I would have cut my leg off to stop the pain The results far exceeded my expectations.. I was 100% without that pain by the end of the day.

Doctor Zubay is a great surgeon! He diagnosed by wife's tumor which was larger than a golf ball. Dr. Zubay removed the tumor without damaging any structures in her brain and without any infections or complications. My wife no longer suffers from seizures. Dr. Zubay saved my wife's life. Words cannot adequately express the thankfulness we feel for Dr. Zubay and his skill. Doctor Zubay is the best! I am thankful to God for Dr. Zubay's work. A shout out to Memorial Hermann in the Woodlands. Great hospital. 1st class care!

My neck was broken. Aparantly for a long time. He came to me with confidence he could fix. Which he did. I no longer have pain in my shoulder, elbow, arm etc..

Horrible staff, horrible mis-communication, couldn't see doctor.

He takes his time to explain things and his office is very organized and professional. I came to him for a second opinion and compared to the other doctor, I will never go back to that one.

Dr Zubay performed 3 different surgeries on my wife for spinal stenosis , to make along story short my wife is worse off now then prior to have seen this surgeon, A fourth surgery was needed to clean up the mess that Zubay created. Do yourself a big favor, get at least 3 opinions and do not let this guy do the surgery, He has a bad habit of making promises that are not obtainable within his field of knowledge.
