Great Dr.! She is just so popular compared to other Dr.s it can be awhile before she can see you. But well worth the wait to get a solid diagnosis.

Dr. Novack has been my primary for about two years. She is amazing!! She never rushes you, is easy to talk to, and never makes you feel like she's talking over you. In fact all of my friends and I have started to use her for the entire family and no longer us a pediatrician any long because her help even with our special needs children have be out of this world.

I lost my job therefore I lost my insurance. I have still maintained Dr. Novak as my Dr. I consider her MY Dr. even if I have to go on aide. As soon as I aquire health insurance she will once again be MY primary Dr. Overall she rocks!

My family has been seeing Dr. Novak for several years and we just love her. She is kind, caring, and spends time with us and hears our concerns and problems and treats them accordingly. We even moved out of the area but felt her service to us was of such a superior nature that we retained her as our primary care physician.

I was a patient of Dr. Novak for several years, and over that period of time I had been complaining about a particular problem just about every time I went in to see her. She continued to assure me there wasn't a problem and my body was just changing. I asked if there were tests that could be run. An MRI for another condition and ultimately an ultrasound suggested differently. I sought another opinion and ended up having to have an ovary and tube removed due to a grapefruit sized cyst that had been growing probably for years. It could have (and should have) been caught earlier! Dr. Novak is not thorough and certainly doesn't listen to her patients.
