Absolutely the worst DR I have ever dealt with! The front office girl lied to my face and told my I didn't have a co-pay when I called to check. She didn't want to even do her job and look for me. Nope, she just lied to me. There i am showing up for my appointment and she says i have a co-pay. I said the only reason I made this appointment before my payday is because she SPECIFICALLY said I didn't have a co-pay. They were so incredibly rude, they laughed at me and made a joke of me in front of their entire lobby full of patients. The doctor then came out and was an complete jerk and wouldn't listen to a word. They wouldn't even talk to me like i was a human. This man only wants money from you! The girls up front are terrified to tell the truth when they make a mistake because the doctor is such a jerk to them. Never go to this doctor unless you want to feel like a piece of trash. THE WORST!!

I have been bringing my children here for years with Dr. Alexandrakis. I love his office staff and him. The front desk lady is nice and courteous. It does seem thought that she has alot of work to do on her own not allowing her to be more talkative or friendly with everyone. She checks in patients, collects payments, answers phone lines and also checks out the patients. She doesn't have a lot of free time to chat up every patient that walks in. She does have a nice demeanor on phone when calling to remind patients about their appointments. Personally, I understand why office policy is one child only in exam room. There is expensive equipment in the room and more than one child in the exam room could cause distractions for both child who is a patient or the dr himself. I usually leave my other 5 kids at home or find a relative to help me with them. I believe that they keep the lights low as Will A. stated because during examination your eyes are dilated, and the bright light hurts your… sight. Overall, this ophthalmologist is excellent at his job and his staff are great!! I recommend this office to everyone! He is the best of the best in what he does!

Doctor George is a Georgeous man and excellent doctor.He treat on me on the best way as my diabet causes trouble to my vision.Doctor George thanks for everything.It worthed the trip from Europe to the States.

I was suffering from headaches and migraines for several months. All doctors that I had seen thought that I am crazy and were sending me to someone else. I was lucky to have Dr Alexandrakis examine my eyes. He diagnosed a rare tumor of the eyeball, ordered tests and did the surgery. I am now so much better thanks to this doctor. THANK YOU DR A, you are the best!
