Dr. George Jerry Amrom, MD

absolutely NO bedside manner......performed double arterial bypass in my leg that left it useless and unusable

Incorrect diagnosis. Got two other opinions that verified Dr. Amrom's lack of expertise. Horrible bedside manner. I hate to think of what would have happened if I let DR. Amrom operate on me.

Had complications during and after surgery which should not have occurred. Had to see another surgeon to correct the problem.

I was so disappointed with this impersonal doctor who did not project that he cared about his patients. I did not feel comfortable. I also did not feel comfortable with his diagnosis and prescribes treatment plan. Then, I went to another doctor and the new doctor was able to diagnosis my problem and treat without surgery. My suggestion is go to another doctor.

I would not recommend Dr. Amrom. He seemed detached and was certainly not personable. Therefore, I felt a lack of trust in him. Go to someone else who seems to care.

I found Dr. Amrom to totally lack bedside manner and he did not show a concern for me as person. I do not feel as if he cared to view my total medical history--which played a large part in my presenting issues. Therefore, after 2 unsuccessful visits I found another physician who spent more time with me, gave me a comprehensive evaluation and explanation of what my options were. I am so glad that I left Dr. Amrom because I did not have confidence in him or in his skills.

Dr. George Amrom lacks bedside manner and does not show the concern that a doctor should show for his patients. He certainly did not make me feel comfortable. As for his skills, I regret that I did not choose another surgeon.

Dr. George Amrom is a very straight foward surgeon. He kept me well informed and got me into surgery as soon as it was veasible. I feel I made the right choice with this doctor and would recommend him to friends and family.
