Awful customer service. Unprofessional, discriminatory and extremely rude. I had a referral who spoke with Dr. Anastassov and said he would call to speak with me. He never called and when I called his office to follow up they refused to connect me with him and instead lied, insulted and threatened me. Disrespectful and does not value patients. Stay away.

Dr. A had performed cleft palate surgery, repaired my nose, bone grafting and dental implants. He has performed many procedures more than the original plan and has not charged an additinal penny. He is knowledgable, caring and very professional. He is very intesnse about a sterile environment, and I have gone through 6 surgical prcedures to date. I trust him with my face, and my life. You won't find as qualified and caring individual. I highly reccomend him!

I lost about $10,000 and services were not rendered, I had to go to another doctor to complete work.

I was a patient of Dr. Anastassov for the reconstruction of my upper and lower jaws. I lost my teeth at a young age due to caries and periodontal disease. I was a denture wearer for over 30 years. During this time my gums shrunk severely and I was not able to wear conventional dentures. It became a nightmare to chew, laugh, etc. I was recommended to see a maxillofacial surgeon named Dr. George Anastassov for a consultation. After thoroughly examining me he formulated a detailed treatment plan to reconstruct my upper and lower jaw missing bone with bone from my hips. Then 20 implants were to be inserted in the jaw bones and then I was to receive fixed bridges. After reviewing the treatment plan I was convinced that this is the right way to go but the cost of this treatment was prohibitive for me being a retiree... Dr. Anastassov was extremely kind and understanding and provided his services at a fraction of the initial cost. It took almost two years to complete my treatment. … It was not easy, there were periods of pain and discomfort but the final result is outstanding! I would do it over and over again with no hesitation! Dr. Anastassov is a surgeon with golden hands and angel heart!

A complete nightmare from beginning to end. The bone graft completely failed, and he still kepy my $10,000. He actually tried to extort more money. Unbelievably horrible experience! I am in the middle of court proceedings fighting tooth and nail to recover my lost fees.
