Dr. George J Bures JR., MD

I visited Dr Bures to get a physical that was required for a new job. First, he insisted I put on enormous very thin hospital grade shorts that I had to hold around my waist to keep them up. I felt like I was barely dressed. I cannot see any reason why that would be necessary. He barely spoke the entire time he was in the room. To listen to my heart, he yanked my shirt down in the front and stood over my shoulder so he was looking down my shirt. He again yanked my shirt up in the bank to listen on my back. The hospital shorts were so large and thin that my butt was exposed when he pulled my shirt up. I immediately pulled my shirt down to cover my stomach and bottom. He proceeded to pull my shirt up again to feel around on my belly. I have never ever had a physician yank my shirt up without even so much as asking if it was ok. It was definitely not ok. I have had many physicals in the past and have never ever had a physician pull my clothes off of me before. I felt like I… was being molested. I will be reporting this Dr.

We have been seeing Dr. Bures for 20 years and he has always been caring and helpful. Takes time to answer questions and checks things out before prescribing drugs that may not be right for you. He even sent a sympathy card when my mom passed away.

Came in, diagnosed and left...no time for questions period.

Both my husband and I have been patients for over 15 years. Dr. Bures always spends enough time to diagnose our issues, and we have both been very satisfied with his service and expertise. He stays current on his meidcal info and most importantly, LISTENS to what we have to say as a patient and takes it into consideration while prescribing treatment.
