My experience with Dr Chatson and his staff was exceptional and very relaxed. When I started my journey with Dr. Chatson, I did not know what to expect or what the ending result would look like. Conservative, meticulousness and caring

Dr. Chatson performed a bilateral capsulectomy on my 10 year old saline Brest implants..without replacement . He was kind, informative, affordable and did an amazing job. I have healed amazingly from the start and my incisions are healing well. I had minimal bleeding and very little pain! I highly recommend him! Thank you, Dr. Chatson -Melissa N

Dr. Chatson exceeded my expectations both pre and post op of my Facelift surgury. He was never rushed, answered all questions and exceeded my expectations. His office staff is also helpful and friendly. I was hoping I chose the best Dr. north of Boston, I feel like I got the best Dr. in all of the Boston area!

When Dr. Chatson treated me following my breast cancer diagnosis, I always felt he was re-creating a person, not fixing a problem. When I broke down in his office, he stopped everything to sit with me until I was ok; he answered every question to my satisfaction, he called after surgeries to check on my recovery; he remembered in detail who I was when I returned 5 years later. When there were problems, whether 2 days or 5 years later, he addressed them immediately and thoroughly. Regardless of how busy he is, I always have his full focus, time and attention when he is treating me. He makes sure I know all options available to me, helps me choose which is best for me, and ensures I know exactly what he is doing and why, Breast cancer tried to take so much from me; Dr. Chatson, and his staff, gave me back what I needed physically and psychologically to be the woman God designed me to be.

Needless to say, It's been a month and I look terrible, worse than when I went in. After our post surgery consultation I was assured it looked the way it did because of "swelling" but he's finally admitted it's a bit "lopsided". Somehow he managed to actually increase the diameter of my waste and belly. It looks like an ice cream scoop was taken to the area around my belly button, so it's all shrunken in but my lower abdomen and my love handle areas are bigger than they were when I went in. It looks freakish and Dr. Chatson doesn't seem to care. He keeps talking about doing "other procedures" but I can never nail him down about anything. The incision on my belly button keeps opening and getting infected (under way too much tension), he's stitched it shut twice now, and it's just as bad as when I originally went to him with the problem. Keep starting over. This was without a doubt, the worst decision I ever made in my life. Please dont make my mistake. I paid 10k to end up with a worse… looking body I'm stuck with for the rest of my life.

Dr. Chatson is very professional, accessible, articulate and experienced. His right hand surgical nurse Kelly is amazing too. I was not that impressed with his surgical coordination staff who seemed rigid and humorless.

Yes I would definetly chose this Dr Chatson and I also would recommend him to friends and relatives..... He explained all the procedure as he was going along and his nurse was very helpful and comforting me as the procedure was being done.

first of all I made an appointment showed up and he didn't. He postponed the appointment then the office called to cancel the appointment an hour before. I did a surgeory which has failed, I was very devestated, and got very emotional since the surgeory was important to me. I wasted my time and went through "recovering" which was very painful, it pain with no gain, basically. He did refund my money though. Still do not recommed Dr. Chatson. Thanks

Dr. Chatson corrected the plastic surgery of another doctor for me. He made me feel as a valued individual, spending time and asking questions about my life. It is evident that he is a doctor who truly cares about his patients and the well-being of others. He also does regular service trips abroad and most recently I learned he went to Guatemala. He is a highly skilled plastic surgeon who does great work. I would highly recommend him.
