Dr. George Franklin Cohen, MD

Dr. George Franklin Cohen is a great doctor who Specializes. I honestly was losing hope til he took the time and helped me. What made me give him a chance is when he told me he could give me some medicine and send me back home but we still wouldn't know what's wrong with you; At that point I was willing to allow whatever needed to be done to get done. I was diagnosed and treated and it worked but Dr. Cohen left and is no longer my doctor ??

Good bedside manner (doesn’t freak you out unnecessarily when he has to biopsy a mole).

Dr. Cohen is very nice and knowledgeable. However visiting his office is an awful experience. I waited over an hour to be seen and the head nurse "apologized" but it didn't seem at all sincere, just that she wanted to calm me down so other patients wouldn't hear me complain. My time is just as valuable as hers and the doctors and should be respected. The front desk receptionist told me it is very typical for his patients to have to wait for an hour before being called back. I won't return to his office. I'll find someone else that doesn't pack in appointments and makes more of an effort to respect his/her patients and their other obligations. If I had been an hour late they would have cancelled my appointment and charged me for it. All I got was a condescending apology and a huge bill for 15 minutes of face time with the doctor. Ridiculous.

I absolutely loved Dr. Cohen

The single most caring and knowledgeable Dr i have ever met! This gentleman is very knowledgeable on how to handle acne keloidalis, I happily drive almost 3hrs for him to treat my daughter. Warm, compassionate, lovely person!
