The doctor seemed to be worn out, perhaps a little "long in the tooth" as the saying goes. Other than this, he seemed pleasant enough.

I could not be happier with the results of my tummy tuck. Dr. Commons is extremely professional, thorough and patient. His staff is very professional. Aftercare was excellent.

I "interviewed" 5 surgeons before deciding to go with Dr. Commons. I really liked his jovial, fatherly, and wise disposition, not to mention his confidence. He spent over an hour with me during our initial consultation. He took a dozen or more photos of me, we sat down to look at them together and discussed what areas he could improve. I was pretty much sold after that. I am 41, 5'7", approximately 165lbs (pre-lipo). I'd had prior lipo in 1997 which made my case a bit more challenging. Everyone knows that after previous lipo, scar tissue develops making any future lipo more difficult. I had flanks, abdomen, and inner thighs done with a fat transfer to buttocks. My procedure was a total of 4 hours. I was shocked at how sore I was for the first 3 weeks. I must admit that I had reservations about how good the results were going to be. At each post-op visit (Dr. Commons does all his own post-ops), he assured that I was incredibly swollen because of all the manipulation he had to… do to me to get the fat out. Long story short...he was right. I had my surgery on 2/15, today is 3/28. I am VERY pleased with results. Still a bit sore and swollen believe it or not, but definitely happy with results. When the rest of the swelling goes away, the results will be even better I am sure.

I went to Dr Commons because many others at my company have seen him and been very pleased. Dr Commons repaired a severe scar that had been left on my forehead after a mountain biking accident. Now I look normal and the scar defies detection. The surgery took 4 hours and my insurance covered 100% of all expenses. I am very happy.

Dr. Commons did a great job on my liposuction and breast augmentation. My other family members have had liposuction, breast augmentation, eye lifts, facelifts, and chemical peels. They all turned out fabulous and with no residual sign that they had any surgery at all.

Dr G Commons did my breast reduction and it is perfect as was my whole experience. I am a medical litigation attorney and researched carefully. Many of my cases are related to breast reduction procedure. After much research I choose Dr Commons and am so pleased I found him. Dr C and his Plastic Surgery Center and staff are A+++++ Go with confidence. Dr C is our family plastic surgern for all the future.

Dr. Commons has done 3 surgeries on me and all came out even better than I'd expected. I've had liposuction, blephroplasty, and breast augmentation. He may run a little behind in the office, but it's because he refuses to rush his patients, so remember that if you end up waiting for him.

Dr. Commons is an amazing surgeon!!!! I would highly reccommend him to anyone interested in plastic surgery, especially a tummy tuck!

Nearly 20 years ago Dr Commons performed facelift surgery. on my badly sagging jowls and eyelids... The face was like new--and the surgery "held up" for many years. I'm ready for a second lift now--and will certainly consider Dr. Commons...I'm taken aback by the negative review after just now doing a Google search, but--can certainly understand an occasional less than perfect result....I understand why it's so important to screen patients well before the surgery for possibility of too high expectations, or psych instability (although this may not be the case with "Swan"..).whatever, I'll ask Dr. Commons when I come in for exam to elaborate on the case--as far as he's permitted to.....after all, I may be too old! (now in my 70's..--but in good health... But again, I think of Dr. Commons as in the high 90'th percentile on scale of 1 to 100.
