Dr. George Scott Cuming IV, MD

Uggg, I brought my very ill child in for medical care and had to wait more than an hour past my scheduled appointment to be seen. Ridiculous! I will be looking for another doctor - one that values their patient's time!

I am so used to being hurried by doctors...trying to get my concerns in fast before the doctor runs out of the room. Dr. Cuming is amazing! My son's father died, and Dr. Cuming is helping my son work through his grief as well as his physical ailments. Dr. Cuming has thoroughly explained some psychological problems going on with my son which also revealed that I have the same diagnosis, so now he is helping me get to the right people for treatment. He is concerned for both of us! We love him! I didn't know doctor's like this existed!

Dr. Cuming is so nice, but his billing is very disorganized and we have been in the office for over 2 hours regularly. 2 hours with 4 children can get very long and exhausting.

He was our daughters doctor when we moved out here almost 3 years ago, and he is amazing. He is so carring & he makes sure to keep us comfortable. Yes, he has personal views but who doesn't?! I love how outspoken he is & he never hesitates to answer any questions we may have; no matter how ridiculous they are. We are pregnant with our second & instantly he asked about my pregnancy and showed feelings towards us. He is amazing!

I'm a step-mother of four and Dr. Scott makes life easier for me. He is caring and sensitive to everyone's needs. All four kids love him!

Dr.Cuming has always been impressed with his diagnostics killsand management capabilities.He has been our kids doctor since birth and we value him very much.

Dr. Cuming and his staff have some REAL issues. They not only nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING (including charging $10 for a copy of his immunization--which is 1 sheet of 2cent paper), but Dr. Cuming allows for certain things to occur (unprofessional) and its just not good. My son was his patient for 11 years. In all those years, here are some examples of the issues I had:1. He was constantly pushing his religious agenda/views on us.2. He handed me a letter during the H1N1 pandemic, which stated that the pandemic was a perpetuation of the government and NOT REAL, so he didn't believe in giving the vaccination for it, so don't ask.3. He mis-diagnosed my son on 3 different occasions. 4. He never took responsibility for the mis-management of the office personnel.The final straw for me was the last mis-diagnosis. I stayed with him so long because he was my son's pedi since he was born, but after so many years of this, it was time to go. I do not recommend him, in fact, I believe he lets… his personal opinions/agendas get in the way of him effectively practicing medicine. There are too many peds doctors out there to stay unhappy with one, so we left.

This offices policies and procedures are ridiculous. After being an established patient I was unable to schefule both of my children at the same time for check ups that is crazy to make multiple appts. for your children especially since i work and this is time off work as well as a 40 min drive for us so this has made me switch pediatricians thenwhen I called to get a copy of my shot records which I provided to the office free of charge wants to charge me $10 to fax them to me once again absolutely ridiculous!! The doctor is not so bad but if he wants to keep patients he is going to have to change up his rude staff as well as policies!!

Dr. Cuming has helped our 5 children through all kinds of ailments. His staff is fabulous. They are all so respectful and personable. He truly cares about our children and is a rare gem in the pediatric field

Dr. Cuming has always been exactly right with his diagnosis with both our children (age 7 and 5) since they were born. He makes us feel like we are his only patients when we are with him...which is far from the truth! He stayed until 7:30 pm with us even tho it was late, he genuinely cared about the problem our son was having. He has so much wisdom and experience that you know your kids are in good hands! Soooo kind to your kids and he treats the whole family with compassion. We hope he never retires!
