Great dentist in my life I never ve see it a dentist who never make me feel pain, he talk to me and his assistant in the friendly way never see , I hope he stay on business for a long time

Georges father was also a dentist who I used to see before his retirement. Both very knowledgeable, caring and highly competent - George does excellent work at very reasonable prices.

Dr. Davis was an unexpected blessing. I am a 43 year old man, under-employed and rather depressed and insecure about it, and have not been to a dentist since I was 17. My anxiety about dental work is fairly strong, thanks to a plethora of nagging, passive-aggressive or outright nasty-tempered dental hygienists in my past coupled with a ridiculously aggressive gag-reflex. When my wisdom tooth decided to finally call it quits, I called Dr. Davis' office based on a friend's glowing recommendation. They scheduled me in as quickly as they could manage. Thanks to my pain-induced inability to listen, I arrived at my appointment two DAYS early, and was devastated to discover that I still had two days to wait. I had already endured six days of excruciating pain...my nerves were shot, my pride was reduced to nothing, and I was ready to hit the floor and beg. Dr. Davis had other patients scheduled that morning, and although he was scrutinizing me with a look that clearly said "I don't know… about this guy...", he nevertheless told me he'd at least take a look. His quietly friendly, no-nonsense assistant got me settled in a chair and took an x-ray in no time flat. Her matter-of-fact mannerisms put me at ease immediately, and she took the x-ray so fast that my evil gag-reflex didn't even have a chance to throw a fit. Dr. Davis' assistant is genuine--exhibiting none of the false cheerfulness or patronizing platitudes that one often associates with dentists and their ilk...just calm competence, which is exactly what I needed. I waited nervously for Dr. Davis to pronounce judgment while examining my surroundings...looking for, I suppose, scents and sounds of the fear, pain and despair which I swear were the hallmarks of my previous dental experiences. Instead, I found only an office which is spotlessly clean, with no detectable odor (in other words, it did not smell like strong detergents and disinfectants that can set a patient on edge), and is liberally decorated with comfortably kitschy art and knicknacks revealing an interest in outdoor hobbies such as fishing. Dr. Davis later told me that he saw me sitting in that chair, holding my hand to my jaw in obvious pain, and felt sorry for me...deciding to help me if he could. Somehow, someway, that man worked me in between his other patients, even finding the time to show me the x-ray, explain the complicated situation with my tooth, and get to work. Dr. Davis took great care to ensure that I was completely numb--administering shots in stages so that the anesthetic had plenty of time to do its work, before setting himself to the task of fixing my problem. He was able to extract my wisdom tooth as well as another tooth which had been destroyed by the wisdom tooth with a minimum of fuss. I didn't feel a thing! Of equal import, perhaps, to relieving my pain (to me anyway), Dr. Davis helped me feel better about dentists in general. He made time for me when it must have been inconvenient for him, he was frank yet kind and calm, and he never once made me feel bad because I had not been to the dentist in my entire adult life--even though he must surely have been cringing at what he saw. I am profoundly grateful, and suddenly find myself looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned up and getting my oral health back on track. I cannot recommend Dr. Davis highly enough.
