My experience with Dr. Gallico was exceedingly positive, but it took place at least 15 years ago (and he was an older gentleman at the time, I don't even know if he still practices), so keep that in mind. I went in for a rhinoplasty to remove the "bump" on my nose. I am from South America and my features are "ethnic" even if mostly "white". Gallico did not aim for a Brad Pitt nose, he simply, successfully corrected the bump and added a small chin implant for balance. The results were impressive. Essentially nobody noticed the procedure and the overall structure of my face was the same. A few months after my procedure I saw a man on the street with a Michael Jackson type of nose, and I thanked God for how lucky I was when I found this doctor (I actually wanted to have my nose narrowed too, which was in fact unnecessary). Another positive aspect: he didn't give me full anesthesia, which I absolutely hate, but "crepuscular" anesthesia, which is safer and your recover faster from, even if… it's weird to hear your doctor talking to his nurses while he's working on your nose with a mallet. BTW, better to say this late than never, the nurses at MGH are goddesses.

I could not be more pleased with the 5 surgeries I have had Dr Gallico perform. All have been outstanding. He is an artist and a gifted surgeon. He has performed 3 on m wife and she is beautiful and 3 on friends I recommended, all were life changing from a 30 year old female friend, a beautiful tummy tuck, to a 60 year old friend with a face and chin life. He is the best and recommended to me by Dr. John Constable, Professor of Plastic Surgery and Harvard who prior to Dr. Gallico was the best in the country. His art is as outstanding as his surgery I will, and have recommended him in an instant

He put implants in face that didn't fit properly and looked very unnatural - people would tell me I had something on the side of my face and helpfully try to flick it off but it was the tail of the implant sticking out from the side of my face. I had the implants removed which left scarring beneath the skin resulting in unnatural looking contours - it's ruined my looks - his surgery is the worst experience of my life.

Gallico did my rhinoplasty 3 years ago. My nose was large and had a bump on the bridge. Although those 2 issues were fixed, I was left with a VERY crooked nose. So much so, that the left side of my nose is completely caved in, and I cannot breath out of my left nostril. I am incredibly disappointed. Everyone said he was the guy to go to. I don't know what happened. I have not contacted him about a revision because I no longer trust him.

I wish I had read these reviews before I went to him. I spent almost 10K for Breast Augmentation for nothing. At consultation I felt Soo happy that this was the doctor for me. We agreed in a perfect size and I was ready to go. However after the procedure I found that he did not go with out decided size, but in fact took it upon himself to go smaller that what we decided. His reasoning was "I thought the size we decided was too big for you and that this size would be better" Really? So you didn't think to tell me this before I went under and you did the procedure. Keep in mind out final consultation was right before the procedure was done. Just horrible. Needless to say, the healing process was soo painful I did not want to go through any of that again. So I am left with a wasted 10k boob job that I could've acheived with a simple push up bra. Be careful with this guy smh!

He sucks. Don't go to him if you want a nose job. He screwed mine up and I'm scared now that I will have further issues. Asymmetry in my nostrils and overall nose. I feel like it looks weird. It's causing me deep anxiety and depression. And he's super expensive and has a lot of credentials, so you'd think he'd be a good choice. No. Don't go to him. I wish I hadn't.

I had a rhinoplasty done with Gallico, I am amazed with my results . the recovery was painless(and I'm a big baby). Although I did look pretty bad with black eyes but I was just a little uncomfortable for the first few days . After one my cast was off ( I believe it was a week) I went back to my everyday lifestyle .The swelling was not bad at all after this time . 8 months later and I believe these are my final results and it's just so amazing. It was the best money I have ever spent and I'm so glad I chose him.

Hi, I had rhinoplasty by Dr. Gallico and had to have it redone by another doctor from a different facility who told me it was done all wrong. Two years post surgery with Dr. Gallico I had too many complications not to mention it did not look right. The surgery was very expensive and not worth it. The swelling that I had Dr. Gallico told me it would take longer than expected. Thankfully, I found an outstanding surgeon who corrected it, and I know have perfect results.
