After getting my Mammo and US as a follow up to breast surgery & radiation, Dr. Gentchos came into the US Suite to explain my results. He was very kind, concise, caring and considerate. The Mammo technician, Nicole, was extremely careful of my medical conditions and assisted at every step. After the Mammo, I was asked to get an US and the Ultrasonographer, Rebecca, was very kind, considerate and helped to complete the exam with as little discomfort as her cohort in the Mammo suite. Another mention is Maureen at the front desk. She’s exceptional. I had to be taken out of the facility last year via ambulance and she was instrumental in getting that service provided. AMI staff members are to be commended for their excellent patient service and communication.

Dr. Gentchos is always thorough and knowledgeable. I am a breast cancer survivor so I am there frequently for monitoring. He always takes the time to come and speak to me regarding the findings.

Today’s visit was for a second mammogram to check a density that showed up. The whole procedure from beginning to end was awesome! Dr Gentchos was great. He didn’t just send a message that my redo tests were fine, he actually came in and explained why he did the second one and why he ordered an ultrasound of the right breast. He definitely lowered my anxiety and worries about what was or wasn’t there. Professional with a smile, thank you Dr Gentchos and your entire staff. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and professional.
