Terrible and unprofessional staff at the front. The doctor sent two referrals, and the first one took 10 weeks to send to the specialist. The second one was sent to a different city, only to start the process all over again. When I confronted the office, they terminated the relationship, and I had to search for another doctor.

I went to the Dr. Gilbert and find him very caring and listens to all you have to say. He is a very Good a assessing your the health issues and helping with good medicine. We like a lot. Thanks Doc.

I have had 2 bad experiences at expresscare of bellview-which is why I am writing. Twice, I have had incorrect prescriptions called into pharmacy. You dont know of the mistake until you get to the pharmacy and pay for incorrect medicine or quantity. Trying to have them correct the problem is days of aggravation dealing with the rude staff- jennifer, carly, shannon to name a few. rude incompetent- unprofessional and liars. After being told for 2 days they couldnt get hold of Dr. Gilbert- I finally went in person and had to be quite forcefull with the rude incompetent staff to get them to actually call dr. gilbert to correct the prescription, carly and jennifer acutally suggested that I sign in and have my insurance billed a second time tuesday when I was there the previous sunday for the same problem. That they should get paid two appointments because they made a mistake the first time and couldnt fit it. Terrible rude incompetent staff and very long wait times- lies and inaction… when they are called upon for customer service resolutions. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Gilbert genuinely cares about all his patients but the staff are pretty bad. Even with an appointment the wait time to actually see the doctor is two hours. If you walk in with an emergency, prepare to wait four hours-plus. I wish Dr. Gilbert had his own private practice with hand-picked staff; he'd make sure to hire caring people who have a solid work ethic.
