DO NOT GO HERE. The Receiptionist name Jessica is very rude! She gave me appointment then i rescheduled to a new date but she forgot to take out the old date in the calendar. So when times comes she called me and left me message saying we have reschedule because doctor would be in. Since she forgot to take off me from the old date then she told me if I don’t come i have to pay $75. Then i talked with her manager Maria another very rude lady more than Jessica, Maria was shouting on me with no reason. Please DO NOT go to this type of people to get care off. By phone they treated me like an animal and i wonder what they will fo to me when they see me in person!!!!

The worst

The staff was great, they are professional, kind and efficient. However, my experience with Dr Grillon was mortifying and anything but. In fact, it was the direct opposite! He was devoid of any courtesy, he never uttered a two letter greeting and did nothing to interact with me. Instead, he acted agitated, and seemingly annoyed by the presence of work in his chair. He appeared to be a tall, messy looking, ready-to-retire curmudgeon, irritable in disposition. (He'd entered the room earlier for a second, frowned and left hurriedly before he came back) He erroneously assumed I was "on the phone" when he returned (I had my headset on listening to music while I waited for him to calm myself before my extraction) I tried to tell him this, but he was raising his voice and ranting I couldn't get a word in. He wildly pointed to a small sign, yelling I wasn't following directions about being on the phone, bending down in my face. (I was reclined in the chair) I finally managed to say, "What… phone? I was listening to my music for my anxiety. What are you talking about?" And, "Stop! I am not a child for you to talk to me in this manner. "But, not before he invited/threatened to not do the procedure and for me leave and choose to go elsewhere! I was incensed. It took everything in me and a level head to not get up, get back my pre-paid fee and leave. However, I had waited months for the appointed and decided to just get it done. By this time, my anxiety has risen tenfold. Now, I was fearful of him hurting me purposely out of retaliation. (He didn't, but my fear was real) The procedure went by smoothly, quickly and painlessly, thank goodness. He also did seem to embarressingly utter an apology as he left, for our auspicious beginning. However, the damage was done. I was livid at being talked to so disrespectfully, humiliated in front of his assistant (who looked scared witnessing that scene) and more stressed than when I walked into the office, and afraid, all the while I was in the chair of what he could do to me. Clearly, grumpy Grillon has lost the ability to extend simple respect to his patients, doesn't appreciate them, has anger issues and NEEDS to retire. PATIENT beware he is a loose cannon and a bully of a physician. I will NEVER go back to him and will swallow my stitches before I'd ever choose to see him again!

Very unprofessional , very painful. Seemed to be amused that I was 8 months pregnant crying in his chair while removing my wisdom teeth. Still in extreme pain 4 days later and was told I was not doing what I was supposed to be doing for aftercare

Dr. Grillon did a fine job removing my daughter's wisdom teeth. Not overly friendly, this includes his assistant. His insurance/billers are not very bright. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY UPFRONT, YOU WILL NOT SEE ANY REFUND IF YOUR INSURANCE PAYS MORE THAN THE OFFICE STAFF EXPECTS. Apparently this office doesn't follow the insurance contracts for which they participate with, and do not accept the insurance rates.

Dr. Grillon seemed to be skilled in his work, but his people skills and personality were lacking. Also, the office staff was a little difficult to deal with.

Terrible staff. Very snobby oral surgeon. So many issues. The staff rarely let me speak to the doctor over the phone when I had questions about the pain I was having. As a result of the pain, I developed dry socket. The surgeon could careless. He has no bedside manners. And, he seemed as if something was humorous to him while I'm crying in the chair. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

My personal experience with Dr. Grillon has been nothing less than a painful (literally) disaster from the start. He is rough, sarcastic and judgmental. I'm really not sure why he's an oral surgeon because it sure seems like he hates his job. If he weren't his own boss, I'm NOT hesitant to say, he would NOT be employed. Please consider another Doc to handle your mouth and teeth with gentle kindness. If that's what you want, he surely doesn't fit the bill.

The staff at dr. Grillon's office are very nice, professional, and polite. However, in meeting Dr. Grillon, he was prompt, quiet, and very distant. By this I mean he comes into the room,he says h, he tells you to open your mouth, he looks in it, walks away and then tells his staff to do whatever. So there are no interpersonal skills there at all. He speaks to a staff loudly and unprofessionally which makes the patient very uncomfortable. He did perform surgery on me which failed and then claimed that he wasn't able to do corrective surgery because of facility issues. His bedside manner lacked any sort of sensitivity and he failed to communicate any of the post-op care to the point that the nursing staff was confused as to what to tell me. I would not ever recommend this doctor to anyone I personally know for fear of this doctor causing additional harm. Enter at your own risk but if you like arrogance and passive aggressive behavior then go for it.
