His staff is horrible! Rude, and unhelpful. They did not get test results to another doctor and almost caused me to get bumped from a much needed surgery. It took numerous calls and begging just to get them to do their job. On a separate occasion I was very ill and the staff member screamed at me for “pushing the wrong prompt number”. Again mean and uncaring. . A doctor is only as good as his staff and his gatekeepers . His are unkind and down right mean. Oh and someone in his office ordered a pregnancy test along with other ibloodwork that was not covered by insurance and not needed. BTW I’m in my 60’s and had a hysterectomy. They know this. They denied that the bloodwork was ever ordered yet Quest Lab had the orders. They don’t step up to help and blame the patient for all they don’t do or do wrong.
