At the University of California at Los Angeles, Dr. George Harouni was a Molecular Genetics and Microbiology major. In 1998, he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where he was one of the youngest graduates to ever receive his doctorate degree. In addition, he graduated among the top two percent of his class earning an exclusive membership in OKU Honors Society.
Among his other achievements, Dr. George Harouni was the recipient of many prestigious awards for excellent leadership skills and abilities. Most significantly, Dr. George Harouni was awarded the \"Rex Ingram Award\" for best clinical operative dentistry from 1994 to 1998
Upon graduation, Dr. George Harouni maintained a private practice in Sacramento, California for two years. …In 2000, he relocated to Henderson, Nevada where he established his private practice in cosmetic, restorative, and general family dentistry.
Dr. George Harouni is Board Certified in California and Nevada. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, Nevada Dental Association and the Southern Nevada Dental Society. Since 2001, Dr. George Harouni has served on the Executive Committee of the Southern Nevada Dental Society.
Dr. George Harouni is committed to keeping himself up to date with the ongoing changes in dentistry by continually attending seminars and continuing education programs in various fields of dentistry, mostly in the area of Cosmetic Dentistry. Throughout his career, he has been committed both to learning and giving to the community. He particularly enjoys partaking in the Southern Nevada \"Give Kids a Smile\" Program, providing no cost dental care to underprivileged children at no cost.
