Dr. George John Janas, MD

I was sent to the ED at Mercy last night by my new Rheumatologist that Mercy just hired 3 months ago, Dr. Hannan. He came to Mercy from the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Hannan believes that I have been misdiagnosed for many years and actually have Huntington’s Disease. Last night I had a seizure at home and couldn’t get up off the floor. We paged Dr. Hannan. & was told to go to the ED. There Dr. Janas insisted that I WAS NOT having seizures because I don’t have epilepsy. You don’t have to have epilepsy to have focal seizures. Google the John Hopkins website. He even said to me that they were pseudo-seizures and I could stop them if I wanted to! What a jerk! I wonder where he went to Medical School? I noticed none of his profiles state his education. Probably somewhere in the Caribbean! lol
