Do not go here if you fall at work- no xrays, no pain control, no restrictions- just return to work with an obvious limp. Did not even look at my foot, just arm and knee. Spelled my last name wrong on my paper work and used the wrong gender pronouns. Also missing a required form for work comp. When I asked to see a different doctor, I was refused and was told they could not have another Dr reevaluate me.
