It was my first time and I went to what I thought would be a routine checkup at Dr. Lim's office. Apparently I needed some work I wasn't prepared for or aware of. I'm always suspect of getting overcharged or unnecessary work. From the get-go Dr. Lim expressed concern and thoroughly explained the cost benefit. His staff was helpful as well as knowledgeable and friendly. At no time did I feel pressured nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Dr. Lim advices was detailed, his work was painless and he's very meticulous. I view the benefit of having a good ortho doctor as a long term medical investment. He was great. His credentials are in front of the office - check for your self. He also follows up with his patients - via email and phone call. THUMBS UP!

Wow, I don't know why this business doesn't have 5 stars. Dr. Lim was very kind and professional. In fact, the whole staff was very friendly. I went and I was very happy with their service-I got an evaluation and treatment all on the same day-other places will usually make you come back again with no treatment. And they're really technologically advanced. Everything is computerized and digital. I saw my x-rays and actual pictures of my teeth right before my eyes. Best of all, Dr. Lim explained what he thought I really needed to treat and what was optional and could wait. Leslie, the office manager, told me exactly how much I would have to pay, which took out all of the guesswork. I'm so happy to have found a new dentist! Oh, and getting fillings were completely PAINLESS, with anesthesia of course, but this is the first time I didn't feel any sensitivity or soreness. This is a progressive dental office that offers excellent customer service and tells you exactly how much you're going to… pay. I highly recommend it, and will let all of my co-workers know.

I had to see Dr. Lim for another major tooth problem this week and, once again, I walked away amazed. Dr. Lim and his staff use the latest in proven technology in almost every aspect of their operation. It's amazing to experience: almost no discomfort, extremely efficient and exquisite results. For many years, I had developed an irrational dislike of going to the dentist. Those days are over! I don't write many recommendations, but I took the time to write this to let everyone know that this place is a class act that provides top level care with excellent patient support. AWESOME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! My first visit and I came back and received treatments for my teeth twice in one week. The next week I returned and brought my son back. I was referred by my mother. They are friendly, caring and very very professional. Clean office and comfortable.

I highly recommend Dr. George Lim for providing an excellent service. I took my wife here and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone provided a cheerful environment which eased a lot of my wife's fear of dentists. I will definitely come back again.

My experience was very satisfactory, I came here for a root canal and from start to finish everything went well. I've been to other dental offices, this place is the best thus far. Everything was explained to me clearly as to what I needed, what must be done, and what I should expect. The case manager was very thorough, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I'm always afraid and nervous having dental work done, but if you feel this great walking in a dental office, it makes a patient less nervous. Then next was to be on a dental chair, the dental assistant took x-rays, and after a short time, it was time for the moment to being face to face with the dentist, oh was I really nervous!! Well, Dr. Lim proved me wrong, because he was friendly, gentle, calm, and was unhurried. Then the case manager came in and explained explicitly that it is better to get the root canal done now instead of a crown and later on if i have some pain, the dentist will take the crown out again, then… eventually spending for a root canal. Saving money works for me so I agreed to get it done. That same night, Dr. Lim called to check how I was feeling. I had no pain at all, even after the day and another day after. I waited two weeks for my permanent crown then the complete procedure was done! I wish all dentist and all dental procedures are these painless! Thank you for making me feel good.
