Although I spent chunks of my younger years in New England and Arkansas, I think of myself as a country boy from rural Ohio. Occasionally, I steal away to enjoy youthful pleasures of fishing and biking. I am the son of a physician who emigrated from Taiwan. My father's joy in clinical medicine and hard work ethic naturally found their way into my blood.

Dr. Liu is a remarkable ENT specialist, and I wish I had found him earlier. He exemplifies qualities such as compassion, humility, and thoroughness and dedicates sufficient time and patience to his patients. In addition, Dr. Liu's staff is exceptional, displaying a friendly and professional demeanor. It's no surprise that the nurses speak highly of him. Dr. Liu stands out as truly exceptional unlike my previous ENT doctor (S. F. A) at Kaiser in Anaheim was consistently discourteous, below average, lacking in empathy, impatient, arrogant, and overall unsatisfactory. That previous ENT doctor's (S. F. A) demeanor embodied qualities that are unsuitable for someone in the medical profession.

he didn’t put my ear tube in like I wanted he said it has a hole I did not like that answer he should do what the patient wants instead of saying it has a hole not very good I do not like what he says at all very annoyed with this doctor for my future ear tubes I will be going to my other ear doctor Dr Charles Oh I’m sick of dealing with Kaiser not very good patient care from this doctor

Dr. Liu did a great job removing osteoma from my forehead. Surgery was quick and recovery was not hard at all. It was easy to make appointment, pre-surgery, and recovery appointment.

Dr. Liu is an excellent surgeon. He is always available before, during, and after surgery to answer any questions family members my have. He is very personable and is extremely caring. He is amongst few doctors/surgeons who have the ability to put you at ease before and after a major surgical procedure. Highly recommended!!
