Dr. George Charles Lu, MD

Dr. Lu is the best OB I have ever met. I have had multiple doctors in the last 11 years, and am currently pregnant with my 9th child. Of all of the doctors I dealt with , Dr Lu was by FAR the most competent, the most reassuring, the most intelligent regarding high risk situations and the most calming. He has a kind, calm, and confident personality and can calm a tense situation quickly. He is extremely observant and cares about the needs of the patient, even when they are not within the norm. I wish Dr. Lu had delivered all of my children, and if I could find a way to bring him to Italy to deliver the child I am due with today, I would do it in a heartbeat. Absolutely love the man, he is like an angel from God. We are so extremely thankful for him.

Dr .George has a really good experiance , i had my ecv done with him today wich was succesful , i was feeling so comfortable doing the ECV before i even meet him , i read patient reviews and i asked my GYN Nurse partitionar about him she said he is a really good DR .the ECV took him about 20 to 25 min .he did it by himself , he was so nice and understandable .i would refer any one to him .by the way i had another appointment before i new Dr.George with other DR.which i refused to do the procedure with him since i felt that other Wasn't sure about what he was doing and he encouraged me to have a c-section !!

He was an excellent dr while I was on bed rest

I was referred to Dr lu by my regular ob/gyn when found out we were having twins. He immediately found a problem my Dr had missed with their bladder. I was at my regular Dr on Monday with contractions he did ultra sound and nst and hooked my up to stop labor sent me home Tuesday. I came to Dr lu on Thursday for regular check up delivered that night with him emergency c section. One baby had cord around his neck and a knot in it and other was having blood pressure problems. He had them out in mo time. They were amazing and very attentive to me before, during, and after. I truly belief he saved my babies lives!

Dr. Lu became our high-risk OB when we were transported to St. Luke's because I had HELLP syndrome. He was matter-of-fact, but caring. He stayed calm when we were scared to death. He explained any and everything. He is great!

I delivered twins vaginally at St Lukes after being transferred from a hospital an hour away by ambulance. The twins came at 32 weeks gestation and delivery between the 2 was a 3 hour difference. Dr Lu was so patient. Because of him the only tear I had was a small abrasion. I have never worked with an obgyn I liked so much. This was my first and I really could not have asked for a better delivery. I would recommend this doctor with the highest rating.
