Rude staff. Ended up changing doctors over his rude, tacky receptionist who hates her life. Then they want to charge me $ for MY MEDICAL RECORDS. As if! Oh and they have a sign posted, no cell phone use in the WAITING room. Seriously?

The staff was very professional and helpful. The office was clean and comfortable. The Doctor was very through and his bed side manner are wonderful my wife is going to become a patient of his also.

Dr. Menz has a very quick/short bedside manner but he is approachable and friendly in a fast way. Its a shame that he cant find a better staff! His staff is rude and treats you like they couldnt care less about you or your problems. I changed doctors because of the staff and their unwillingness to even attempt to have the doctor see me without a scheduled appointment.
