Let me first say, my family and I really like Dr. Miguel. Dr.Miguel has always been kind, compassionate and even humorous at times, his receptionist has got to be one of the rudest, unkind person I have ever dealt with in a medical setting. This person is new to office within the last year. I have had nothing but problems getting medication refilled which lead to withdrawal symptoms from antidepressants on multiple occasions. My family has been lied to multiple times. This person never returns voicemails and if you have called more than once or twice in the same day with a issue, she won’t answer the phone because she recognizes your phone number. I will be addressing my complaints on a upcoming appointment. Please Dr. Miguel, I hope you are actively looking for a new receptionist!!

He needs to work on his memory a bit but a great Doctor over all

I have been seeing doc for a long time now. And he see almost my whole family. I love that he is careing and compassionate. He is also funny. I've never had a problem with meds that he's put me on.... It will suck if and when he decided to retire. And his staff is awesome I get along with his staff and there very helpful. Dr. Miguel and his staff try to make you there priority and that's what I like........

Kind, good and cares.

He leaves the country for long periods of time and doesn’t care about your needs during that time. The office staff is rude and doesn’t even answer or return calls. He gossips about other patients.

Great doctor

I was on several medications, before I was seen by Dr. Miguel. He has me on 2 drugs now. I feel great able to function better without feeling like I was in a daze. He knows his stuff.

Makes you pay to renew prescription . Doesn't care if you need medsimmediatly.

I really think he is funny, caring & a great counselor!
