I had an appt. and waited almost l 1/2 hrs before I was taken into the office and then waited therein for about 20 mins. to 30 mins. before I was seen. By the time I was seen, I was exhausted from waiting. Then I received a notification of a charge of a huge fee.

I received a phone call from this doctors office on two separate occasions and both left me on the verge of tears. The first was nothing compared to the second though, because I actually was crying at the end of it. They had called to say that my pharmacy (which is all done with an automated system, faulty to say the least) had requested a refill which I did not submit because after the first conversation with these front desk ladies(use that term loosely) ended with me being told I will not get refilled my anti anxiety medication until they see fit. After the initial phone operator hung up on me mid sentence I called back to find resolution for the prescription mishap only to find this person even more crude and short and quite frankly nasty then the one before. As I was trying to explain that the previous woman was rude she quickly became defensive and told me she was not rude I was right here beside her. As I ask what needed to be done she asks if I had… signed a release because there had been a switch with the doctors which I was never notified of or had no clue that happened. I simply told her no and asked what I needed to do she began to tell me the.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mosch for many years. I am very pleased with the attention to detail, the caring attitude, and the results of treatment by the doctors and staff. They all really care about your health and treatment.

I am a soldier thats family has always went to Dr mosch and as a soldier I still go to him. I have the options to change and go to army doctors for lower prices. But I don't care. I will always go back to dr. Mosch for makes every one feel like family. I think that is very important for anyone now days.
