Dr. George Alan Nasser, MD

Arrived at 2:45 for a 3pm appt. The reception area feels/looks unclean and dated. There were no other patients waiting. We were finally taken back at 3:35, to a frowning unfriendly nurse taking bored vitals. We decided to leave at 4pm having never seen the doctor. Dr. Nasser may be an excellent doctor - we were referrred by a good friend - but he needs to upgrade his office... the staff warmth, patient communication and the physical condition/cleanliness of the rooms.

Waiting 1hr and 45 min. for a Procedure and no one checks on you, ask if you need anything; is down right rude ! . No bedside matters. Left and I will find a Dr. that cares about his patients.

Maybe he's a good doctor, maybe he isn't. I'll never know because I sat in the waiting room for nearly 90 minutes after my scheduled time and decided to leave. Interesting how I'm only allowed to be 15 minutes late but the doctor can double and triple book his patients without and be as late as he wants. Look elsewhere.

Dr. Nasser is brilliant and caring and takes the time to make sure I have questions answered. He is the best!

Dr. Nasser is a very good doctor. His staff, however is HORRIBLE, just like you read on some other reviews. The ladies are improperly trained or just DON'T CARE. Being a representation of the doctor's practice, they are the first people that you deal with, so they should be trained to BE COURTEOUS, RESPECTFUL & PATIENT with the patients coming in AND going out. How Dr. Nasser achieved the "Best Docs" of the Woodlands, I'll never know. That designation should include his WHOLE practice. Please REPLACE your staff with PROFESSIONALLY trained assistants. Because NOBODY LOOKS FORWARD TO COMING INTO YOUR OFFICE.

Big jerk! Horrible bedside manners!

Dr. Nasser is an awesome doctor..thanks to God and him I am still alive today. I have been going to him since 2008. He takes his time with me, explains things and answers any questions I may have. I would not even think about going to any one else. Thank you Dr. Nasser and keep up the great work!

My mom has been going to Dr Nasser for over a year. He had her do a whole ton of tests (echo, stress, etc) and told her that other than a small issue, that she was in perfect heart health! Well, a few months later, that wasn't the case. Almost lost her. I'm not going into specifics because who knows if he or his staff reads these reviews. We unfortunately have to continue going to him. But if you're looking for a new doctor, I'd advise not to. And by the way, the comment about his rude staff is SO SO SO TRUE! The red head in the front ignores you at the glass and the Espanic girl who makes your appointment at the end, does NOT make eye contact or ask you what time and day you want. She just scribbles down on a card and hands it to you! I told her that I work 40 hours a week and am an after school Mr Mom with my kids-so taking my mom to the doctor has to be on my schedule. She grabbed the card from me!!!! I HATE going there! And by the way, I TRIED changing doctors but for… reasons I can not explain, I got stuck going to him again. He knew we had to go back to him and he actually gave us attitude for leaving and coming back! SO unprofessional!!!

Dr. Nasser has taken care of me for the last 15 years. I have atrial fibulation that he cared for since 1997. He is always considerate and listens to you if you have a problem to discuss. Could not have asked for a better physician.

Dr Nasser is very caring. He listens to what you have to say. Love him. But his office staff. Front office is horrible. No etiquite. Just young office girls who really don't car about the patients.
