Dr. George Peter Poletes, MD

I didn't meet Dr. George personally but I met one of his staff her name was candice she sold me products ..i tried to use the products but my skin had a bad reaction to it. I went back to return the products 3 weeks later the office manager refused to return them she said we don't even carry that line anymore...its not about the money it's all about dishonesty she knew they will change the line but she didn't tell me. Also, the office manager was the RUDEST person I ever met in my life. They lost me as a client.

I've had 3 surgeries with him and my fourth and last is next week.. 3 skin removals and a lipoma removed..bedside manner is wonderful.. makes you feel so comfortable and confident with what your about to do..scars healed wonderfully! very thorough!! I'd give him a ten!! Thank you Dr. Poletes

Dr Poletes and his staff are awesome! Everyone is friendly and you can tell they are all happy to work there. They are very prompt and run on time. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Poletes and highly recommend his office.

I've had three separate surgeries from Dr. Poletes. All three have had excellent results; successful cancer removal and extremely minimal scarring. He IS a bit of a talker, but is extremely concerned with patient comfort and satisfaction. And his nurse Andrea is a gem.

Dr. Poletes removed a cancerous mole from the back of my arm and he was very prompt, courteous and there is just a very small scar.

I know nothing about the doctor I'm be referred to him to have some skin grafting on but been reading about other so good some bad but I will base my information on what I see and hear on the doctor and all the staff.

I have had carpel tunnel surgery and 3 smaller hand surgeries by Dr P. I think he is the best, along with his staff. I was concerned about an incision on my little finger so I called the office. Dr P was on vacation so instead of ordering me an antibiotic, he had me meet him at his office in 30 minutes. He showed up with his shorts on, his t-shirt and his son in tow. But took the time to see ME. An ordinary guy with a heart of gold. Love him!!!

From the moment I met this doctor I felt a little uneasy, I did not know why? it seemed to me that he was in a rush. After the first consultation they gave me a quote. I thought the quote for the procedures was OK. When I decided to go ahead with my surgery I scheduled another appointment with doctor Poletes due to the fact I had still some questions. I told him about my concerns, he just listened to me and said nothing!!!!!, BUT: "You will be OK". HE NEVER EXPLAINED ANYTHING ABOUT THE PROCEDURES I WANTED TO HAVE. Before leaving the office I spoke with one of there assistants and she gave me a different quote!!!!! Now instead of paying only $10,000 they wanted $17,800 plus $ 950 for anesthesia. ( They will give you a 10% off if you pay cash) My surgery was going to be for a tummy tuck ($5,500) and liposuction around my belly, sides and back $4,500). This new quote did not seem right, but I did not have the first one with me, So I gave them the deposit they required and I did this… because I wanted to save my place for the surgery. So I went back home and stated looking for my first quote, When I founded I gave it to Lisa (office manager) she was very rude and mad at me because I was questioning the new charges, that day, I made another appointment to talk to Dr. Poletes about this situation and to still ask him about my procedures because he had never said nor explained anything to me about this and I was still with some concerns about my surgery. They guided me to the room, doctor Poletes entered the room and he was very upset about me questioning him about the new charges and so on. He was extremely arrogant to the point that I started crying and I left. I hope that you consult other doctors before you come to see this arrogant and lack of professionalism person. Another thing That I want to mention that I had forgot It is that one day when I went to see him in the waiting room was a young woman crying because he had done surgery in her breasts, I saw her breasts they were awful!!!! GOD IS MY WITNESS!!!!!
