Doctor did miraculous surgery on my daughter for pancreatic malignant tumor in March, Jennifer Reed. She still has a small malignant tomor in the head of the pancreas to be followed up with. Currently her 45 year old sister has cancer also. They are doing the PET scan today, so then we will know what all we are dealing with.

Dr. Poultcides is fantastic! Very caring, took all the time necessary to put me at ease. My procedure was over 8 hrs long but he was extremely confident he had removed all the tumor. 1 year later I'm still cancer free thanks to his outstanding efforts.

We are very lucky to have Dr. Poultsides as my mom's surgeon for treating her stomach cancer. He did an excellent job , the surgery was very successful, my mom recovered quickly. Dr Poultsides is amazing.

Dr. Poultsides is one of those rare individuals who's respect, care and compassion for his patients is felt with every encounter one has with him. My wife said after our first meeting with him "If ever there was a model for the perfect human - it would be him. He loves his work, his patients, his colleagues, and is clearly someone you feel blessed to know. His smile is obviously a result of the happiness and joy he has brought to countless patients and their loved ones. His bedside manner is as good as it gets. His surgical skill is nothing short of superlative. I had a particularly large sarcoma in my abdomen for years without knowing it. He removed it, along with my damaged spleen, a kidney that was too engulfed, and much more, so well, l was out of the hospital in nearly a week after a major cancer surgery. I can't say enough about George. A true professional in every sense. You would be hard pressed to find a better cancer surgeon anywhere. And what a nice guy too.

Dr. Poultsides is a gift of God to GI patients at standford cancer centre.He is highly professional and equipped with latest knowledge and skill of his field.He is very compassionate and caring and listens to the woes of his patient and solve problems.He is genuinely interested in the welfare of his patient.He has recently treated me and i am very much satisfied with his marvelous skill and I wish every patient gets a Doctor like him.He is handsome too.

Dr. Poultsides recently treated my Mom at Stanford Hospital. He is an amazing doctor and any patient would be very fortunate to be under his care. He combines professionalism with warmth and tremendous skill. He is an excellent physician!!
