Was made to think I was a bad patient....wrong. I always paid my bill prior to service. Apparently the crappy employees and doctors issues trying to turn family practice into pain pill mill, caused DEA to curtail his practice. Just keep looking better doctors and practices are out there.

Dr. Pursley definitely takes his patient care to heart. I have worked with him and his staff as a nurse and liked the way he responded to the needs of his patients. That's why I chose him to be my doctor.

I had to go a month without my pain meds. I had to turn to Scotch. I'll never forget what happened to me.

I always waited 1 hour or more. I showed up 10 minutes before designated time but I sat in a full lobby every time. I found me a new dr and amazingly my medical needs have been reduced.

Violation of the code of the DR's ethics NEVER called to say his office wouldn't open so now i have to go all weekend suffering in pain. could have called posted sign at office or on voicemail service but i guess he really just doesn't give a dang about your condition or how much your suffering. The wait time at the office was about. NEVER OPENED 1 hr never opened Ease of Appointment (will never tell you they are closed and you can suffer and die as far as they are concerened. Shamful i had to give one star on some these

Having seen Dr. Pursley several times now, I can honestly say that he is a very good Doctor overall. I however can't say the same for his office staff. They are the worst I have seen in the Augusta Ga area.
