As a new cataract patient of Dr. Reiss, I was very impressed with the timely consideration, profesionalism and organization of everyone from the receptionist; several diagnostic technicians; Dr. Reiss; Elizabeth who had the steps to surgery clearly documented for me to follow; to the receptionist who stayed late to check me out of the office. The wait time was less than most doc visits, and the 2nd appointment for the Lenstar diagnostic was very prompt. I appreciated the friendliness and sense of humor of everyone. Dr. Reiss answered my conscerns and questions also was friendly and considerate of my husbands concerns. This was a 4nd opinion prior to making this very serious decision for eye surgery. After the consult I am confident that with his impressive education, many years experience; all the comprehensive diagnostics and state of the art equipment, Dr Reiss, is the best cataract surgeon I've found. 5 stars so far; after surgery, I will update.

The only negative would be the wait time, but the care and thoroughness was wonderful. Dr Reiss was great and the girls also.
