Dr. George Dave Robinette II, MD

I just now saw the reviews for Dr Robinette. I'm very surprised honestly, from my first appt he has been active and caring about my well-being. He listens to what I have to say he ask questions about how I am. He ask me if I would want to try a medication he never pushes them. He is very easy to talk to. Personally I would recommend him. Everyone has different experiences with Drs.

My wife was going to Dr. Robinette for a few years, but when she hit a real crisis and needed help he turned her away and banned her from the entire clinic including her therapist. He didn't ask any questions, he just dropped her once he found out she needed real help. He's always been quick to prescribe meds but never really understood what the underlying issues were and now that real help is needed he bailed and burned the bridge to the ground.

Dr. Robinette is incompetent and only care about the dollars. He doesn't care to help the clients nor refer patients to other outside resources such as where to go if you have a crisis.

I always felt something was strange about this practice. It was difficult to get appointments after being admitted to hospital for psychosis. They never recommend add'l services. All they care about is getting paid to see you for 15 minutes. The last visit to the hospital and change of medicine, the Dr. dropped my son from their practice without evening referring him to new Dr. They didn't even have the decency to speak with him directly so they sent a letter. I do not recommend this practice.

I have seen a number of psychiatrists over the years. I have to say that I have never experienced a more incompetent psychiatrist and with as poor judgment as Dr. Robinette has. If you are able to see someone else I would suggest you do so. His lack of judgment puts his own needs over yours.
