BEWARE! The support staff has 100% zero empathy. They are sarcastic when you call with questions or need assistance, EXTREMELY rude. Lack compassion for patients who are looking for health care. What's wrong with YOU! Patients DO NOT look to be disrespected, spoken down to in a degrading manor, or have their time wasted! Obviously, Dr. Roque needs to revisit hiring policies, staff training, and continuing education on respect. Doctoring is a 100% PEOPLE BUSINESS. Going elsewhere!

Be careful, he gets his feelings hurt pretty easy. Do not inquire about why he still requires masks in his office.(3/29/2023) or you will be asked to leave. Whether you put one on or not. Just don’t say anything about it and do what they ask you to do. Oh, I don’t mention his orange Corvette. He takes that a little personal.

Kept me waiting almost 2 hours when he came in I tried to give my history and he wouldn't listen very rude unprofessional and rushed

I would not recommend this medical provider and if possible I would avoid at all cost. Their practices are unethical and they will try to schedule appointments for you to make money even if you are completely healthy. I went in for a routine annual physical. The first day I spent the time registering since it was the first time I was going to this hospital. The physician I spoke with told me that it was routine and that I have to come in a couple weeks again so that the 'actual' doctor performs the annual physical. I followed the physicians instructions because basically that was an introductory visit and I was to come in later for the annual physical and blood work. Fast forward a couple weeks later, I get a bill from this place for a follow up visit and blood work 'review'. When I called them, they basically said that's their practice and if I have an issue with it than I can just switch providers. On top of that, they schedule me for an appointment 3 months from the date of the… second visit. If you ask me why would they ask a healthy individual ( per blood work and physical results) to come back in only 3 month? Basically money. They don't care about the patient, they care about billing them the most they can.

I have been with Dr. Roque since he was a Captain in the USAF (25 years) and he has helped me from small to large issues. He is all knowing when it comes to medicine and the body itself; which is a major challenge in its self. Friendly staff and they support bi-lingual patients too.

Very dis appointed in care that I received and in the 2 hour wait. I think that they are overbooked.

I had an appointment today 26 Sept 2018 at 4 PM. I get there at about 3:40 and get told the appointment had been cancelled, would I like to make another appointment. No! I'll find another doctor. La receptionista me pidió si quiero orta cita, No! Buscare' otro medico. Tambien tienes que esperar mas o menos una hora despues la hora dela cita.

i love everyone in this office they are great and sincere and take there time to listen the Doctor and the pa's and all nursing staff are wonderful!!!1

both Dr. Rogue and Carol Russell have given me excellent care. They go beyond what might be expected in their patient care and they do this with compassion.

Carol Russell, nurse practioner, is the in practice also and is great as well.
