Dr. George Elie Saliba, DDS

The only reason I am giving one star is because there is not an option to write a review and advise that this dentist and staff does not deserve any stars. The customer service is HORRIBLE. The staff is lazy, especially the insurance biller. My appointment time was cancelled by Dr. Saliba and his staff because his biller was too lazy to find out how to bill my insurance by using a method that the biller has not used in the past. Jacqueline (the biller) decided to argue with me and insisted that MY insurance could not be billed without my social security number, and she claimed she knew she was right because she has been billing for over 30 years. So, instead of working with my insurance company to find out how to bill without my SSN, my appointment was cancelled after I took off from work and spent over an hour in the office filling out paperwork and the staff arguing with me. Clearly there is a total disregard for the patient's time but they want the patient to inform 48 hours in… advance of any appointment cancellations or be charged $75 for a missed appointment. Indeed, I bill $250 an hour for my time, so their time is not worth any more than my time. It is important to note that Jacqueline found out that even with her over 30 years of billing experience that she claims, she did finally out that my insurance can in fact be billed without a SSN, and she fraudulently billed my insurance for services that were not provided. So, not only is customer service lacking, but so is honesty and integrity.
