Dr. George Bernard Sestric, MD

I came to Dr. Sestric with a long-term health condition as I was moving from a different state to PA. Instead of listening to my concerns, he was more interested in small talk, and eventually, after a quick assessment, he declared that nothing is wrong with me and it is all in my head. I found that pretty offensive and unhelpful.

You can sit and talk about things for hours, yet talk about nothing.

This doctor's office was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. He cancelled on me, and rescheduled. I showed up to my rescheduled appointment by taxi, 20 minutes early. He was there but they cancelled my appointment because "he is busy today". He really screwed me over and I hope that all future patients are warned. The way they treated me is shameful and should be criminal.

Have been a patient of Dr Sestric for going on 20 years. He is an outstanding doctor and very passionate about his patients and their well being. Couldnt be happier with this man.

I have found Dr Sestric to be one of the most competent practitioners in the Pittsburgh area. He spends enough time and does a careful exam. He also reviews both your history and the chart. He will make referrals if necessary.

Dr. Sestric is one of the few doctors who will take the time to listen to a patient. Is actually concerned about my well being. When I leave his office,I don't feel like I was rushed out. If you go to him with a problem, he will work with you (i.e., referral to a specialist, trial of meds/therapy, order diagnostic testing) until he comes up with a diagnosis. He is the best!!
