Dr. George Alan Small, MD

I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews, I have been seeing Dr. Small for years, he is a great, intelligent doctor.

Do not try to phone office because if you don't have one of the specific needs they don't answer the phone

Most arrogant dr. I've ever met. Didn't go back.

he wanted to know how I got this appointment and who refereed me , as some of the reviews say do not go to this doc

I saw dr. Small several years ago due to my epilepsy. After I spent three days in the hospital from a Tia vs a seizure...I went to follow up with dr. Small. My daughter and I went into his office he did not have any paperwork, no disk from my test at hospital. He really had nothing to say. He looked at me and said "I don't think there's anything wrong with you",.very disappointed with this doctor. Will never see him again. Also noticed current comments about him are bad. He needs to retire.

If you want to go to a dr who you wait 45 mins to see and get 5 mins of his time on your first visit this is your guy. During the visit he was rude, arrogant, and uninformed of why I did was there in the first place. I highly recommend saving your time and money and going elsewhere.

It took 3 months to get the first appointment, after that I was very impressed with the practice. Still waiting to know the diagnosis.

If you want to wait several months for an appointment only to be spoken to with condescension for, say, four whole minutes, then George is your man. Prescribed a drug for Alzheimer's patient without mentioning the little old black box warning noting its lack of FDA approval for elderly dementia patients due to its increased risk of DEATH (Source: National Institutes of Health). Avoid with all due speed.

Definately would not recommmend this Dr. Spent little time at office visit-injected eye area with botox for hemi facial spasm and eye was completely closed for a month. Bedside manner was horrible-injected eye and walked out, no follow up instruction given- I called office after and told them how disatisfied I was after my eye was closed for a month-their explanation was "it happens!"
