Dr. George Ramsey Stefanos II, MD

Dr Stefano saved my life! I have received nothing but great treatment from him or his staff. He has gone out of his way to be available when needed and always returns my phone calls. He explains my treatment thoroughly and answers all my questions.

I recommend this hardworking doctor to everybody!

He changed my life!

The staff is rude, especially the large lady that sits at the front desk. Waiting time was 45 minutes. Dr said he would call in a prescription for me and never did. I gave them the pharmacy info. I waited in line for literally 17 minutes at the pharmacy just to find out he never called it in. When I called to ask for them to call in the Rx they asked for me to come in because it wasn't in my chart and he didn't remember me. I told them I couldn't stop in because I don't live close by (25 minutes) and I don't have a vehicle. Any time I need to go somewhere I have to plan in advance to get a ride there. I asked if he could call me instead. He never called me back so I called the next day. A girl told me he didn't want to be my doctor anymore because I didn't come in to see him, because I don't live close by, and I have to find a new doctor. I'm being punished because he screwed up, was forgetful, and because I couldn't get a ride to go see him that day. I've never been treated that way… and I am disgusted with him.

The staff is busy but they do take care of you when you call for help. The Doctor is friendly, knowledgeable, listens to your problem and makes a good diagnosis. He even take the time out of his busy schedule to help you when other Doctors are on vacation.

The staff is Rude. Behavior and attitude is inapropriate. I was never treated like that in my entire life! Certainly there are ethical issues. The doctor is aware of that and allow it in his office, in my opinion he is supporting this behavior.

My wife and I have been going to him for about 10 years. We are very comfortable with him, he listens, he explains and he has been correct with his diagnosis.His office staff, not so good. They generally leave much to be desired.

Dr. Stefanos, is kind and understanding when you call him in the middle of the night. He does all he can to keep you home and treat you then just sending you to a hospital unless absolutely needed. I am so glad I chose him for a doctor, he makes me feel better then any other doctor I have had.
