I did not have a good experience here. My bad experience started before the actual root canal took place. The two receptionists here are very rude and talk to you in a very condescending manner. They were not ever willing to work me in any sooner even though I was in pain and were always rude when asking questions. Now to the actual root canal. The root canal was done on a back molar and after it was finished Suranyi put in a temporary filling instead of doing the buildup like every other endodontist I had ever been to did. I noticed the temporary filling was high after the numbness wore off and so I called them and wanted him to make an adjustment. I spoke with one of the rude receptionists again and they refused to work me in just to make an adjustment on the filling and said it would be another 4 hours or so before they could see me. I live 2 hours away from Suranyi's office and they knew it. All I needed was an adjustment on the filling. Absolutely ridiculous. When I went back to… the general dentist I was going to at the time and the xrays were viewed, it showed that some of the filling material used in the roots of the tooth actually extended into the surrounding tissue! Sloppy work! I would advise you find another endodontist unless you want to have sloppy work done in your mouth and then have to deal with the rude endodontist himself and his two rude receptionists out front.
