Came in to ED at UAB SVE for a mishap that required stitches. Although the wait time was long for my minor injury, Dr. Turnley and the ED team were great and explained everything they were doing and why.

I went to the ER At SVE..my blood pressure was extremely high...he never once addressed it. I went in with severe esophageal spasms...he took his sweet time in helping me receive any relief. He wouldn't listen to me about my thoughts...finally talked him into giving me a CT scan...which I believe he is not familiar enough to trust on reading. He sent me home in bad shape...without helping me to find out what was wrong with me. I did not like him at all. Will not ever see him again.

I was having severe chest pains and difficulty breathing. George refused to do any heart testing and insisted I was having panic attacks. He also walked out on me for telling him I wasn't having panic attacks. George was wrong. I had a major artery blocked.

No blood tests performed. Blood was clotting. No questions about new medications. Chest pains, hives, lump to hand later at home. A visit with him was a waste of precious time.

Dr. turnley just happen to leave a scalpel inside my body. He also diagnosed me with the wrong medical condidtion!
