Been going to dr Valdez for about 10 years .

My experience with Dr Valdez has been great. He is a caring doctor. He will refer you to a good physician if necessary. My only bad experience is his staff. A doctor can lose patients due to a unqualified staff. They really need training in their field. I have notice their reason for anything not going out to a pharmacy or any other place is always due to an inefficient fax machine. Trying to get an appointment is hard they love putting you on hold (hoping you do not call back). The front desk has so many issues. The office manager is not working in solving the issues.

A medical staff can make or break a Dr.'s practice. Dr. V's staff must not like him very much because they are very unresponsive and will likely cause him to lose patients. I have been waiting for my prescriptions to be called in for over a week (I was assured after the visit that they would be sent "right over") I have been calling daily and left messages asking for a return call and no return call and no return calls and no prescriptions. UGH...Dr. Valdez WHAT is going on with your staff? A teambuilding and training is desperately needed...This rating would be a 5 if it weren't for the lack of return phone calls.

My mother had a follow up appointment in Nov her refills for her meds was suppose to be sent over to the phamacy. Information was sent to the wrong phramacy the excuse I am gettting fax machine have been down. Really for 2 1/2 weeks. When will she get your meds filled. It does not take that long to refill meds.. Especially for meds that are needed. for 79 year old. George Alvardez do you really know how poor your staff really is.. This is sad. I am seeking for a new doctor for my mother. Your office is not recommmeded

Just not satisfied with overall experience. The nurses and staff often seem to not care about their patients and only half of the time do they have their information right.

No office charge for follow up visit on test results-awesome! All staff friendly and personable. Very happy with the recommendation to this office.

Dr. Valdez a good doctor. however, when messages are left for th nurses concerning medical help . I do not recieve any return calls.. If Valdez had a better staff working for him he would have lesser complains about his facility. Seriously thinking about changing my primary care..

Dr Valdez was friendly and professional. His staff however were a total nightmare. Rude rude rude. Will smirk at you, ignore you, and just leave you sitting there when they done without even saying anything.

I can tell he truly cares.
