He was very thorough in his examination and spent all his time talking to me unlike other docs who spend most of the time on their computer .I would highly recommend this provider.

Dr V was very thorough and took time to explain everything to me.He s an outstanding doctor and is one of the real gems in this practice.

Dr Varughese was very nice, patient and listened well. The staff was horrible. Dr Varughese gave me a prescription, ordered blood tests and an ultrasound. On the day of the visit I had a question about the blood test. If you have a question you cannot talk with a real person. You have to leave the question on an answering machine and hope that they understood what your question is. You are supposed to get a response in 24 hours. If you can't pick up the phone because you are at work when they call they leave the answer on your answering machine. If you still have a question, you have to leave your question again on their answering machine. It can take three or four days to get an answer for something that could have been resolved in a minute of conversation if anybody would have bothered to pick up the phone. This is however, the good case scenario. In my case after seven days, the prescription was not sent to the pharmacy, nobody called back with an answer to my question and the place… where I was supposed to have an ultrasound never got the referral. I called the office manager, no one picked up the phone of course. I told her in a message not to bother with the question or the ultrasound, I will take my business somewhere else. I also left her a message "please take care of the medication, I need it." The next day (eight days after I left a message with a question and they were supposed to send an ultrasound referral) someone called with an answer to my question. On the same day someone also called to schedule the ultrasound. These were the things I asked the office manager not to do. The pharmacy still did not get the prescription. I had to go to a walk in clinic to get the same prescription. I found their general administrative manager and complained to her. She was nice on the phone but I have no idea if anything was done or even if she talked with the staff. See, no one called me back, not the office supervisor, where I left two messages, nor the higher up manager. Very, very bad experience.

This Dr is very kind caring and shows compassion to his patients which is something very few doctors have .I m glad he's my primary care provider.

I am a patient who switched different providers to find a provider who would spend time to listen and care.He was empathetic and listened very well ,took time with me .Though the wait time was just ok I am satisfied .After all I wouldn't mind waiting a few extra minutes to see an excellent experienced kind doctor like him.I highly recommend this Dr.

This doctor was really caring and thorough.I felt like he spend the time to listen to me patiently and acknowledged my many issues.He also spend a good amount of time explaining things to me.I m very pleased with my experience and would go there again to see him.

I am surprised at the other review.My personal experience with Dr Varughese was very good.He took the time to listen to me.I had many health issues and he took time to explain everything to me .He spend time with me and was not rushed.He s one of the best doctors that I have ever had and I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and colleagues.
